We can match ANY color! We have 50 years of dyeing experience in our state-of-the-art color laboratory.

Our main advantage is our Quality Control. We consistently monitor our colors while they are in the dyeing process to make absolutely certain that our customers get exactly what they specify.

We check all incoming components thoroughly, such as adhesives, styrenes and fibers to ensure the highest quality components, including a thorough color check. The raw materials we use are all strenuously tested before entering the production process. At each stage of the process, samples are taken to ensure constant Quality Control and consistently high quality. As a result of our thoroughness, Flock Tex can be relied upon to meet our commitment to our customers to deliver products of the highest quality available. Our fibers are first grade, obtained only from the finest manufactures worldwide.

Customer satisfaction is our primary objective and we have spared no expense to obtain that objective! We employ a MacBeth ColorEye 3100 Laboratory Spectrophotometer. This cutting-edge technology computer digitizes our flock with its components to spot check our manufacturing process. This process ensures the uniform consistency of our products. Any deviations in the desired result and the computer will stop the process and advise us of the corrective measures necessary to maintain product standards. As a result, our colors are consistently computer accurate. This system assures our customers of 100% accuracy, 100% of the time!
